| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者血浆中氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (OX- LDL)水平及其与心绞痛的关系。方法 采用双抗体夹心法检测 48例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者血浆中 OX-LDL水平及血脂、丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果 不同类型不稳定型心绞痛患者血浆中 OX- LDL、MDA水平及 SOD活性变化无显著差异。血清甘油三脂 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)及血浆中 MDA均显著高于正常对照组 ,且与 OX- L DL呈正相关。而血清中高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)水平和 SOD活性显著低于正常对照组 ,且与 OX- LDL水平呈显著负相关。结论 OX- LDL升高可能与冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的发病过程密切相关

significance of the levels of plasma oxidatively modified low density lipoprotein in
patients with unstable angina pectoris |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the levels and the relationship between plasma oxidiatively modified low density lipoprotein(OX LDL) and coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris.Methods The levels of plasma OX LDL ,MDA,SOD activity and serum lipid were investigated in 48 patients with coronary heart disease and unstable angina and also in 23 normal controls.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of OX LDL,MDA and SOD activity among the patients with different types unstable angina.The concentration of TG, LDL and MDA in angina were markedly higher than those of normal.It was positively correlated with OX LDL.The levels of HDL and SOD activity in unstable angina were significantly lower than those of normal and was negatively correlated with OX LDL.Conclusion The high OX LDL may be closely related to the progress of coronary heart disease and unstable angina. |
