| 摘 要： | 本文通过对568例腮腺肿瘤的分析,总结了腮腺肿瘤常出现的临床症状,提出了各类肿瘤的治疗原则,并对术后并发症,误诊原因,复发等问题进行了详细分析,最后重点讨论了腮腺肿瘤的发生、诊断、误诊原因;及术中对面神经的处理等问题。

| Abstract: | 568 cases of tumors in paratid gland were ana-lysed. The authors summed up the common clinicalsymptoms, put forward the principle of treatment of vari-ous tumors in parotid and analysed the complication,causes of misdiagnosis, recurrence and the results of fol-lowing up. The problems were discussed as follows:How does The tumor of paratid gland take place;Diagnosis and misdiagnosis; The treatment of facialnerve during operation. |
