温拌剂种类对沥青老化性能影响的研究

摘    要:通过进行沥青旋转薄膜试验和不同时间的压力老化试验,对比分析了原样沥青、添加DAT和Sasobit的沥青老化性能。试验数据表明:加入DAT溶液的SBS改性沥青,粘度大幅度降低.但是对于基质沥青的影响不显著。经过不同时间压力老化.同未添加温拌剂的沥青老化性能相比,加入温拌剂的沥青降粘效果明显,软化点升高速率、针人度、延度的下降率都有所降低。综合老化后的沥青各指标来看,DAT溶液对沥青老化性能的改善要优于Sasobit温拌剂。

Abstract:In this paper, the aging performance of ordinary asphalt and with DAT and Sasobit as additive are compared and analyzed by the rotary film test and pressure aging test. The test results indi- cate that the viscosity of SBS modified asphalt with DAT is significantly reduced, but the effect on the base asphalt is not obvious. After different interval of pressure aging test, the increase rates of softening point, penetration and ductility of asphalt with warm mix agent are redueed than the ordinary asphalt. Compared with different kinds of warm mix agent, the improvement of aging performance with DAT is su- perior to Sasobit in the asphalt.
