高聚物改性剂与沥青的相容性分析

摘    要:针对相容性较差的SBS聚合物兰炼改性沥青,研究加入增容剂F对其相容性的改善,并分析了改性剂与沥青的作用机理,以及高聚物改性剂与沥青的溶胀过程,对影响相容性的因素进行初步的探讨,得出:只有具备适当的相容性,同时又有良好的界面性质,才能实现沥青与高聚物改性剂的最好作用效果。

Abstract:Contrary to SBS polymer modified Lanlian asphalt whose compatibility is worse,the compatibility between polymer modifier and asphalt is improved by adding compatibilizer F. The effect mechanism and swelling process between polymer modifier and asphalt are analyzed, and the factors effecting compatibility are discussed. It is concluded that with appropriate compatibility and good interfacial properties, the effect between asphalt and polymer is best.
