沙棘总黄酮对正常人心功能及血流动力学的影响

摘    要:自愿的健康受试者,被随机分为TFH组(22人)和安慰剂对照组(20人),采用双盲法,使用Admittance、STI方法测定服药前后心功能及血流动力学的变化。结果表明,口服TFH 10mg/次,能使正常人的PEP/LVET、ICT/LVET及ICT值显著缩小(P<0.05);SV显著增加(P<0.05),CO、CI、SWI、CWI及LI亦有增加趋势;TPR明显降低(P<0.05),C值增加(P<0.05)。口服安慰剂前后观察指标未见显著性变化(P>0.05)。结果提示TFH能增强正常人心脏的收缩性能及泵功能,并能降低外周阻力,增加血管弹性。

Abstract:Healthy volunteers were randomly divided in-to TFH group (22 subjects) and placebo controlgroup (20 subjects), we used double-blind method.The cardiac performance and hemodynamics of thesubjects before and after administration of TFH orplacebo were determined by Admittance and STImethods, Oral TFH at 10 mg per dose could sig-nificantly decrease the PEP/LVET, ICT/LVETand ICT of thd mormal subjects (p<0. 05). Oral TFH could increase SV (P<0. 05). CO, CI,SWI, CWI and LI also tended to increase oralTFH also markedly redueed TPR (P<0. 05) and?ncreased c (P<0. 05). After administration ofTFH, HR and BP did not significantly change (P>0. 05). After administration of placebo, the pa-rameters observed did not significantly change (P>0. 05) The above results show that TFH canstrengthen myocardial contractility and pumpfunction of the heart, reduce total peripheral vas-cular resistance and increase vascular clasticity innormal subjects
