摘    要:通过柴油机工作过程模型及各区域传热系数经验公式确定了活塞温度场计算的边界条件,结合一阶优化算法应用有限元软件计算分析了标定工况下该活塞的温度场分布,并通过试验数据验证了计算方法的可行性.应用此方法预测分析了柴油机最大扭矩工况下活塞的温度场分布,结合两种工况下的计算结果对活塞顶进行了优化改进,并对改进后的活塞温度场进行了仿真计算,结果显示改进后活塞的温度场基本保持稳定且消除了结构原因造成的局部温度梯度偏大的问题.

Abstract:The boundary condition for piston temperature field was determined according to the working process model of diesel engine and the empirical equation of heat transfer coefficient for different areas .The distribution of piston temperature field at rated condition was analyzed with the finite element software based on the first order method and the feasibility of the method was verified with the experimental data .The distribution of piston temperature field at maximum torque condition was further predicted .According to the calculation results of the two conditions ,the piston top was optimized and the simulation of temperature field was conducted again .The results show that the temperature field for the improved piston mainly keeps stable and elimates the problem of local large temperature gradient resulting by structure reason .
