低比例甲醇汽油的油膜动态特性研究

摘    要:在某发动机台架上进行了低比例甲醇汽油油膜动态特性试验,研究了不同工况下 M10甲醇汽油的油膜特性和甲醇比例对甲醇汽油油膜特性的影响。结果表明:发动机转速对甲醇汽油燃油沉积比例系数 X 和油膜蒸发时间常数τ的影响较小;冷却水温度对甲醇汽油的油膜蒸发时间常数τ的影响最大;同种工况下,甲醇比例在5%~15%之间时甲醇汽油的燃油沉积比例系数 X 达到最小;甲醇汽油比纯汽油更容易挥发,当甲醇比例低于10%时,甲醇汽油油膜蒸发时间常数随着甲醇比例的增加显著减小,但是当甲醇比例超过15%时,随着甲醇比例的增加,油膜蒸发时间常数变大。

Abstract:The dynamic characteristics test of fuel film for low proportion methanol‐gasoline was conducted on an engine test bench and the characteristics of M10 methanol‐gasoline fuel film and the influences of methanol proportion on film characteris‐tics were researched under different working conditions .The results show that the methanol‐gasoline fuel deposit proportion co‐efficient X and the fuel film evaporation time constant are hardly influenced by engine speed and the latter was greatly influ‐enced by cooling water temperature .Under the same condition ,the methanol‐gasoline fuel deposit proportion coefficient X rea‐ches the minimum when mixing with 5% ‐15% methanol proportion .Generally ,methanol‐gasoline blended fuel is easier to va‐porize than pure gasoline .The evaporation time constant will decrease greatly with the increase of methanol proportion when the methanol proportion is lower than 10% ,but increase when the methanol proportion exceeds 15% .
