京沪高速铁路济南黄河大桥混凝土结构耐久性设计

摘    要:通过对国内外混凝土结构耐久性的现状概述,说明混凝土结构耐久性设计的必要性。根据京沪高速铁路济南黄河大桥设计前期所落实的建桥环境条件及对黄河水、地下水的水质分析结果并结合耐久性设计有关规定中环境类别及侵蚀作用等级划分标准,判断该桥各部分的环境侵蚀作用等级,并结合结构设计使用年限及工程实际情况,制定了该桥耐久性设计的相关内容。

Abstract:Following a summarized account of current status of durability of concrete structures at home and abroad,the necessities of durability design of concrete structures are illustrated.In accordance with the environmental conditions for design of Ji'nan Huanghe River Bridge on Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway at the early construction stage and analysis results of water quality of the Huanghe River and underground water at the Bridge site,and in the light of the environment categorization and water erosion grading criteria in the relevant provisions in the specifications related to the durability design of concrete structures,the grades of environment erosion of various parts of the Bridge are judged,and further in compliance with the design service period and actual conditions of the concrete structures of the Bridge,the relevant requirements for durability design of the concrete structures of the Bridge are formulated.
