乙酰肝素酶在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的研究乙酰肝素酶在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测43例子宫内膜癌组织、31例子宫内膜增生症组织及20例正常子宫内膜组织中乙酰肝素酶蛋白的表达。结果乙酰肝素酶在正常子宫内膜组织、增生症组织及子宫内膜癌中的表达呈上升趋势,3组间表达有显著性差异(P<0.01)。在子宫内膜癌中,乙酰肝素酶表达与手术-病理分期(FIGO)(P<0.05)、组织病理学分级(P<0.05)和肌层浸润程度(P<0.01)具有明显相关性。结论乙酰肝素酶可能与子宫内膜癌的发生发展有关,有望作为判断子宫内膜癌生物学行为和预后的参考指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of heparanase in endometrial carcinoma. Methods Altogether 43 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 31 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 20 cases of normal endometrium were detected for the expression of heparanase by means of immunohistochemical SP. Results The heparanase expression showed an ascending tendency, with significant differences among normal endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma groups (P<0.01). In endometrial carcinoma, the expression of heparanase was significantly associated with FIGO stage (P<0.05), histological grade (P<0.05), and myometrium invasion (P<0.01). Conclusion Heparanase may play a role in endometrial carcinoma in regulation of tumorigenesis and progression, and may be used as a useful marker of the biological behavior of endometrial carcinoma and as a prognosis factor for patients with endometrial carcinoma.
