摘    要:介绍了电动汽车泄漏电流测试的基本原理,设计了电动汽车泄漏电流测试系统。该系统由CPU、测试电源、交流接触器、继电器、模拟人体网络、电压跟随、自动量程切换、交流线性隔离电路等部分组成。该系统符合GB/T18384.3-2001电动汽车安全要求——人员触电防护标准与IEC61010标准。实验数据表明:系统工作稳定,数据重复精度高。

Abstract:The principle of EV leakage current is introduced.A testing system of EV leakage current is designed.The system is a leakage current testing system controlled by Freescal 9S12XS128,which is composed of a testing power,an AC contactor,a relay,a simulation body network,a voltage follower,a range switch,an AC-linear isolation circuit,Freescal 9S12XS128 and so on.The system accords with the standards of GB/T 18384.3-2001 EV safety—protection of getting an electric shock and IEC61010.The experimental data shows that the system is stable and the data has a high repeat precision.
