| Abstract: | The synchronous chip seal technique is a maintenance technology of highway with a high performance price ratio.This article describes the features of this technique compared to the traditional technique of highway maintenance,and discusses the technical requirements for materials and construction technology,the criterion for selecting the pavement with synchronous chip seal,and provides with the quality assessment and the acceptance criterion. |
