机车变流装置中电力电子器件散热器的热设计

摘    要:电力电子器件是变流装置中的关键部件,发热量大,其热设计的好坏直接影响系统的可靠性.文章应用CFD方法对强迫风冷散热器、水冷板和热管散热器进行了研究,结果表明,通过CFD方法对设计进行验证及优化是可行的方案,避免了因实验验证而产生的较大人力和物力的支出,缩短了设计周期.

Abstract:Power electronic device is the key component of inverters and its thermal design affects directly the reliability of whole system. Forced air-cooling radiator, water-cooling plate and heat pipe assisted heat sink are investigated with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) in the paper. Results show that this method is the feasible one in design verification and optimization which can avoid expenditure of material and manpower and shorten the design period.
