| 摘 要： | 建设工程造价的合理确定和有效控制是工程建设管理的重要组成部分。从建设项目的前期方案确定、设计阶段的方案优选等方面论述了合理确定工程造价重要性及限额设计进行造价控制的必要性,并且对工程项目实施过程中的造价控制进行了举例说明。

| Abstract: | Rational determination and effective control of project cost are an important constituent part of project managements. From optimum seeking of building schemes etc which are determined and designed in the construction schemes at earlier stage of project, the paper discusses an importance of rational determination of project cost and the necessity of cost limit design controlling,and illustrates by examples the cost controlling in the process of project implemantation. |
