| 摘 要： | 研究了光固化涂料中颜料和经过包覆改性后的颜料对涂层耐蚀性能的影响。交流阻抗实验测试结果表明颜料对涂层的耐蚀性有很好地增强作用,并结合扫描电镜分析了颜料对涂层耐蚀性提高的原因。此外,利用硬脂酸和硬脂酸盐对群青表面进行改性,结果表明硬脂酸包覆过的颜料涂层阻抗值最大,涂层耐腐蚀性能最好,并就包覆颜料对涂层的耐蚀机理进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The effects of the pigment and the coated pigment on the corrosion resistance of UV curing coatings are investigated.From the results about the EIS(electrochemical impedance spectroscopy),it can be seen that the pigment can improve the corrosion resistance of coatings.In addition,the reason for the improved corrosion resistance property of UV curing coatings with the addition of pigment is observed and analyzed by SEM.The corrosion resistances of UV curing coatings with addition of stearinic acid and stearinic salt coated ultramarine are also discussed.Results show that the corrosion resistance of UV curing coatings with stearinic acid coated pigment added is better,and the anticorrosion mechanism for this phenomenon is also explored. |
