地铁车站结构健康监测研究

摘    要:首次建立地铁车站结构健康监测系统。运用光纤光栅传感器和振弦传感器,对施工期间的北京地铁10号线国贸站的车站结构进行了一系列监测。光纤光栅传感器和振弦传感器的监测数据吻合良好,捕捉到车站结构上部路面塌陷时结构内部的应变变化,并且监测到地铁车站二衬结构的受力状态。基于水化热理论和混凝土早龄期徐变理论,通过有限元方法,计算了车站结构底板的温度和中层板混凝土早龄期徐变,计算结果和监测数据吻合较好,考虑混凝土早龄期徐变的结果与监测数据更加接近。此外,基于GIS技术,开发了地铁车站结构监测信息管理系统。

Abstract:Structural health monitoring system for subway stations has been established for the first time in China.Through the structural monitoring on Guomao Station of Beijing subway,a series of measurements of temperature and strains for the station structure were carried out during the station construction by using fiber Bragg grating sensors and vibrating wire sensors.The data measured by the two types of sensors agreed very well with each other.Changes in strains of subway structure were captured when a pavement cave-in occurred near Guomao Station.Meanwhile,the strain of the secondary lining was obtained for the first time.Based on the theory of hydration heat and the theory of early-age concrete creep,temperatures in bottom slabs and creep of intermediate plate are calculated by finite element method and the calculated results are in good agreement with the measured data.The influences of creep on the strain of structure members are analyzed,showing that the calculated results accounting for the early-age creep are closer to the measured data.In addition,based on Geographical Information System(GIS)technology,information management system for monitoring has been developed.
