摘 要: | 本文根据柴油机气缸盖的噪声与振动特性,论述了在缸盖上用声、振信号诊断喷、供油系统和配气机构故障的可行性;利用缸盖上的声强信号对290QN型柴油机的喷,供油系统和配气机构的几种典型故障进行了诊断,提出了相应的判别准则。本文将声强选通频谱分析技术引进柴油机故障诊断,对声强在机械故障诊断中的应用做了比较深入的探索。

Abstract: | The characteristics of noise and vibration signals on diesel cylinder coverare studied to diagnose the faults of valve train and injection equiqment.Some typical faults in such parts of a 290 QN diesel are diagnosed bysound intensity signals, especially by sound intensity spectrum gatedtechnique, and then a relevant criterion is proposed. This work is a newapplication of sound intensity signal to machinery diagnostics. |
