| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了高速铁路对防灾安全监控系统的需求分析；其次在此基础上重点对风监测系统、落物监测系统和地震监测系统设计方案进行了探讨；最后对防灾安全监控系统设计重点、难点进行了研究，提出了工程实施注意事项和建议。
