汽车用塑料减摩件的研制

摘    要:为研制的适应大负荷,低转速工况汽车十字轴万向节轴承,开发了含油聚甲醛钢背复合材料,通过台架试验和在各种路况上的装车行驶试验,证明该复合材料轴承的全部性能均优于滚针轴承,完全能满足汽车传动轴万向节这类大负荷,低转速滑动轴承的要求。

Abstract:In order to develop U-joint spider bearings suitably used for heavy load and low speed motor vehicles, a steel back polyoxymethylene selfoiling compound material has been developed.Through the bench tests and vehicle road tests, it is proved that all the properties of bearing made by the compound material are beter than those of needle bearings,in other words,the material is able to be used in meeting the requirements of beavy load and low speed sliding bearing,for instance, automotive propeller staft U-joint spiders.
