| 摘 要： | 通过分析噪声产生的原因，探讨噪声验收检测的程序、方法、内容和标准。提出噪声检测验收评价方案、建立高速铁路交通噪声影响评价判别标准，与GB3096---2008声环境质量标准衔接等建议。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the causes of noise, the authors study the procedure, method, contents and standards of noise evaluation and acceptance test. The scheme of noise evaluation and acceptance test is given and the standards are established for judging the influence of noise of high speed railway traffic noise, the authors also suggest to connect the noise evaluation and acceptance test with GB 3096-2008 Quality Standard of Acoustic Environmentetc. |
