| 摘 要： | 高等教育人才培养结构是一把双刃剑，它的合理与否对大学生就业有着重要影响。合理的高等教育人才培养结构对大学生就业有着积极影响．不合理的高等教育人才培养结构对大学生就业则有着不利的影响。毕业生就业率、教育过度发生率是度量高等教育人才培养结构对大学生就业的影响的重要指标。高等教育改革要趋利避害。
