摘    要:结合杭瑞高速大兴至思南段专项工程,在研究水性环氧沥青防水粘结材料特点及作用机理的基础上,基于贵州多雨气候进行水性环氧沥青材料优化,评价防水粘结材料的性能,并进行水性环氧沥青专项工程施工和现场检测.结果表明:水性环氧防水粘结材料是一种路用性能优异、力学性能突出、施工组织方便、节能环保的防水粘结材料,与水泥混凝土桥面沥青铺装具有很好的适应性.

Application Research of Water-borne Epoxy Waterproof Binding Material in Daxing-Sinan Expressway Project

Abstract:This paper carried out the material optimization of water-borne epoxy asphalt based on the property and mechanism research of water-borne epoxy asphalt waterproof binding material and the rainy climate of Guizhou relying on the Daxing-Sinan project of Hangzhou-Ruili expressway. The performance of the waterproof binding material was evaluated and the construction and field detection of water-borne epoxy asphalt project was carried out. The results showed that water-borne epoxy waterproof binding material was a kind of waterproof binding material of which the technology was simple, the construction organization was convenient, and the general performance was excellent. And it could be used in the ambient temperature construction and it also had the excellent adaptability with the concrete bridge deck pavement of asphalt.
