| 摘 要： | 针对现有车牌定位算法在复杂背景和不同光照条件下很难快速、准确地定位汽车牌照位置问题,提出了一种基于纹理分析和投影法的车牌定位方法。该方法利用车牌区域字符丰富的纹理特征和投影统计规律对车牌位置进行粗、精两次定位。实验表明在不同光照、不同车型和不同背景条件下,该方法定位速度快、准确率高,具有较高的实用性。
