铁路新型钢桥面防水保护层设计研究

摘    要:依托山西中南部铁路通道重载下承式钢桁梁的工程设计,为整体钢桥面桥梁桥面防水保护层设计提供一种解决方式。通过国内外现存的钢桥面铺装形式对比分析,结合工程实际,提出一种复合防水保护层全新铺装形式。本铺装结合细石混凝土防磨层、喷涂型聚氨酯防腐层、一定厚度的补偿腐蚀钢板和灌注式高分子化学树脂粘结层等材料,具有刚柔相济、优势互补的特点,并对其材料性能指标及施工工艺展开研究,依据相关规范、规则、研究报告成果及试验总结出质量检验标准和不合格品的处理方法。研究成果《一种钢桥面板桥面铺装结构及其铺装方法》已获得国家发明专利,其适用于桥面较窄且联长较长的铁路整体钢桥面防水保护层,在将军渡黄河特大桥主桥上得到成功运用,防水保护层的功效得到初步验证,待后期观测总结后进一步推广运用。

Study on the Design of Corrosion Resistant Coating of Railway Steel Bridge Deck

Abstract:In order to provide a solution for the design of corrosion resistant coating for integral steel deck bridge,a new pavement form of composite corrosion resistant coating is presented in this paper based on the analysis and comparison of the existing forms of composite corrosion resistant coating for steel bridge deck and engineering practices. This pavement is a combination of fine stone concrete wear layer,spraying polyurethane coating, compensated corrosion steel plate and perfusion type polymerchemical resin adhesive layer, and researches on material properties and construction process are conducted. The research result of A steel bridge deck surfacing structure and pavement method is granted a national invention patent. This method is suitable for corrosion resistant coating of the integral bridge deck with long span and narrow deck. The Jiangjundu Yellow River Grand Bridge is a successful practice of this form of pavement. The pavement of this bridge is initially proved effective and will be applied extensively after later observation.
