| Abstract: | The global financial crisis has hit the economy in China. Increasing the fixed investment asset is the major force for China＇s economy growth. At present, large-scale railway investment is becoming the China＇s development emphases for the domestic demand. As a major bright spot to stimulate economic growth, the input of new railway projects have been well prepared by railway departments. |
