浅谈液压爬模在索塔施工上的应用

摘    要:近年来,液压爬模施工是高墩(尤其是异型段不多的高墩)施工中一种比较理想的方法。采用液压自动爬模系统进行墩身施工在我国桥梁建设中已经逐渐代替了以往墩身施工中的脚手架搭设操作平台的模式。宁波甬江大桥索塔施工即是采用了液压爬模系统,该工程具有墩身高,数量多,体积大等特点。该文介绍了液压爬模在斜拉桥索塔施工上的应用,可供同行参考。

Abstract:In recent years,the hydraulic climbing construction is a more perfect method in the construction of high piers(especially for a few high piers in abnormal section).The use of hydraulic automatic climbing system to construct the piers has gradually replaced the mode of erecting the scaffold as the operation platform in the previous construction of piers in the Chinese bridge construction.The cable pylon for Ningbo Yongjiang River Bridge is constructed by the hydraulic climbing system.This project has the characteristics of high pier,large quantity and big volume etc. The article introduces the application of hydraulic climbing in the construction of cable pylon for cable-stayed bridge able to be referred for the similar projects.
