| 摘 要： | 对 1 6 3例肝炎后肝硬化食管静脉曲张出血患者行内镜下食管曲张静脉结扎术 ,其中 78例在结扎前后应用硝苯啶以降低门脉压力 ,余 85例作为对照 ,并进行1～ 5年的随访。结果显示 ,硝苯啶组病人的食管静脉再曲张率及再出血率均低于对照组。表明内镜下食管曲张静脉结扎术前后应用硝苯啶 ,可提高结扎治疗效果。

| Abstract: | The aim of the present study was to determine the usefulness of Nifedipine before and after endoscopic variceal ligation(EVL) in 163 cirrhotic patients with history of hemorrhage by esophageal varices.78 patients used Nifedipine to diminish portal pressure before and after EVL, and 85 patients were control group.Over a period of 1~5 year following up study, the results showed that the incidence of variceal recurrence and variceal rebleeding were lower in Nifedipine group.It indicates that the application of Nifedipine before and after EVL is benefit over EVL alone. |
