摘    要:针对薄板坯连铸连轧的工艺特点,研究了薄板坯连铸连轧钢板生产中V在连铸、均热、轧制和冷却各工艺环节的析出规律,以及微合金沉淀析出对变形奥氏体再结晶和铁素体相变的影响。并利用V微合金化技术,采取相应的生产控制工艺,成功地开发了屈服强度550MPa级高强钢板。开发的V微合金高强钢板具有优异的韧性、冷成形性能和良好的焊接性能,完全满足汽车、半挂车、工程机械行业的冲压成形及焊接性能的要求。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of thin slab casting and rolling technology(TSCR),this paper systematically studied the precipitation regularity of V element during the continuous casting,the soaking,the rolling,and cooling crafts,as well as the influence of the micro-alloy precipitation on the distortion austenite re-crystallization and the ferrite transformation during the production in TSCR.Using V micro-alloying technology and adopting the corresponding production control craft, the plate with 550 MPa yield strength successfully was developed.The micro-alloying high strength plate has the outstanding toughness,the cold forming performance and the good welding performance,which completely satisfied with automobile,semi-trailer and engineering requirements while formed and welded.
