摘    要:舰船航行中汽轮主机工况变化频繁,且经常大幅度操纵改变转速给定值,常规PID转速控制效果不理想。本文引入模糊自适应PID算法,并在ABB AC800M DCS平台完成模糊PID控制器设计的基础上,在AMESim和MATLAB环境中实现液压伺服系统和汽轮主机本体的建模,搭建HIL系统,验证汽轮主机转速模糊自适应PID控制性能并与常规PID控制进行比较,结果表明模糊自适应PID有更好的鲁棒性,可显著减小汽轮主机转速调节的超调和震荡。

Abstract:The turbine main engine condition changes frequently during the ship navigation.It often requires a large change of speed set value.The effect of conventional PID speed control is not ideal.This paper introduces the self-adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm.On basis of Completing the design of self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller in ABB AC800M DCS platform,the model of hydraulic servo system and steam turbine are established in AMESim and MATLAB environment, and then the HIL system is built.Furthermore,the analysis of self-adaptive fuzzyPID control of the turbine main engine is achieved.By comparing with the result of self-adaptive fuzzy PID control and conventional PID control,the robustness of self-adaptive fuzzy PID control is better,and This cotrol method can significantly reduce the overshoot and oscillation of turbinemainengine speed regulating.
