人脑胶质瘤组织中PCNA表达与病理分级、患者预后的相关性研究

用免疫组化法对 50例人脑星形胶质细胞瘤组织中的 PCNA表达 ,及其与肿瘤临床病理学特征和患者预后的关系作了分析 ,取 10例正常脑组织作对照。结果显示 ,人脑星形胶质细胞瘤组织中PCNA阳性表达显著高于对照组 ,染色强弱与肿瘤的病理分级呈正相关 ,而与预后呈负相关。提示检测肿瘤组织中 PCNA表达能快速、准确地反映肿瘤细胞的增殖状态及评估患者预后 ,有望成为临床判定胶质瘤恶性程度及患者预后的重要指标。

Relationship between PCNA expression with tumor pathological grade and prognosis in human brain glioma

The appearance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) was analysised in 50 biopsy specimens of human brain astrocytoglioma and 10 normal brain tissues by immunohistochemical method, and the relationship between PCNA expression and the clinical pathological characteristic, as well as the prognosis of patients with tumors were observed.The result showed that the expression of PCNA in tumor tissue was significantly stronger than that of in the normal tissue, while staining of tumor tissues was positively correlated with tumor grade.But there was negatively connection between staining of tumor tissues and outcome of patients with tumors.It suggests that the detection of PCNA expression in tumor tissues can show the proliferating station of tumor cells and assess patient's prognosis rapidly and precisely.The appearance of PCNA can be used as an important index of assessing the malignant degree and the prognosis of human glioma.
