| 摘 要： | 运用ANP法对铁路设计项目投标决策进行分析,并使用超级决策软件SD求解得到最优决策结果.研究表明:ANP法是解决关联性强且存在反馈关系决策问题的良好手段,案例结果与实际情况相吻合;该方法对工程设计项目投标决策具有可行性.

| Abstract: | The bidding decision for designing projects was analyzed with ANP method,and the optimum decision through resolution was obtained by SD software.The study indicates that the ANP method is an effective way to solve the decision-making problems which are closely related and have the feedback relationships,and the case result is coincident well with the practical situation.This methed is feasible to make a decision for bidding in the engineering designing projects. |
