| 摘 要： | 船舶建造中因舾装件数量大、品种多,故管理工作难度较大。文中对船舶舾装件包含的内容、特点以及托盘管理的概念作了阐述,并结合舾装件的特殊性,从计划、集配和配送三方面对船舶舾装件进行托盘管理作详细介绍,并最终通过托盘管理,有利于解决库存量大,物资供应不及时等问题,同时可以降低造船成本,缩短造船周期。

| Abstract: | The management of outfitting is difficult due to various and large number of outfitting items.This paper expounds ship outfitting including its content and characteristics,as well as the pallet control concepts.Combined with the particularity of outfitting,it detailedly introduces the tray management in three aspects: planning,assembly and distribution.The management is helpful to solve the problem of large stock and supply delay etc.,and it can reduce the cost and period of ship construction. |
