盾构区间下穿既有铁路箱桥三维数值分析及控制措施

摘    要:文章对盾构隧道下穿既有铁路箱桥进行了三维数值分析,对三维模型的相关参数进行了研究,并提出了较为符合实际的相关假定。根据三维分析结果,在确保安全的前提下,对盾构下穿铁路箱桥采用盾构洞内注浆加固为主的控制措施,改变了传统的盾构下穿铁路时对地面铁路进行架空或地面注浆加固的加固方式,较大地减少了加固费用和加固实施难度,可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:The paper makes a three-dimensional numerical analysis on the shield tunnel beneath existing railway box type bridge, and studies relevant parameters for three-dimensional model, so it puts forward more realistic assumptions. According to the results of three-dimensional analysis, and in the premise of ensuring safety, it takes some control measures on shielding beneath box-type railway bridge using shield cave grouting as main strengthening method. It changes traditional shielding beneath railways by elevating surface railway lines or ground grouting as reinforcement approach, and it greatly reduces reinforcement costs and overcomes dififculties to implement.
