| 摘 要： | 在高等学校的组织管理中,激励是高等学校管理的核心,通过对薪酬制度的改革和完善达到物质激励的实施,利用精神激励促进教师的自我实现,物质激励与精神激励二者必不可少。构建高效合理的激励机制,应用激励理论进一步激发教师成就需要动机,能够促进学校发展和教师自身价值的提升,同时,高等学校高素质管理团队是激励实施的保证。

| Abstract: | Stimulation is the key point of the university management at the university organization management.Reforming and perfecting the salary system is applied to practising the material stimulation while mental stimulation is used to improve the teacher's self realization,thus material stimulation and mental stimulation are both necessary.Constructing high efficient and rational stimulation system,and applying stimulation theory to motivating the teacher' achievement motivation can promote the university's development and improve the teacher's self value.Meanwhile,the high quality management team is the assurance of the implementation. |
