绥芬河斜拉桥塔梁同步施工控制技术的研究

摘    要:塔梁同步施工技术不拘泥过去先主塔后主梁的施工方法,采用塔梁同时施工,在多座斜拉桥中得到了验证。该文以绥芬河斜拉桥为例,对采用同步施工技术桥梁的成桥线形内力合理性以及经济效益合理性进行了分析;指出在斜拉索张拉过程中,由于主塔尚未完全施工完毕,塔根处的压应力储备较少,为确保施工过程中主塔的安全,在施工控制时必须对主塔两侧的斜拉索索力引起格外注意,保证主塔两侧索力基本一致。

Abstract:The pylon and beam synchronous construction technology does not rigidly adhere to the past main pylon-before-main beam construction method,uses the pylon and beam synchronous con- struction,which has been verified in many cable-stayed bridges.Taking Suifeng Cable-stayed Bridge as an example,the article analyzes the internal force reasonableness of bridge alignment using the synchronous construction technology and its economical benefit reasonableness, and points out the pressure stress is a less reserved at the pylon root because of the main pylon having not been com- pletely constructed in the course of stretching stayed cable.In order to ensure the safety of the main pylon in the course of construction,the particular attention must be paid to the cable force of the stayed cables at the both sides of the main pylon during the construction control so as to guarantee that the cable force at the both sides of the main pylon are basically identified.
