基于CAN总线的微机直通式电空制动监测系统

摘    要:针对微机直通式电空制动系统分散控制的特点,构建了基于控制局域网CAN总线的监测网络。它将各个分散的制动控制单元信息,通过CAN总线传输到上位计算机,进行分析处理。系统进行两次通讯协议的转换:一是每个制动控制单元与CAN智能适配卡之间,完成串行RS232到CAN总线通讯协议的转换;二是CAN总线上的主适配卡接收包含有车号信息的各制动控制单元的数据帧,完成CAN总线到RS232通讯协议的转换,传输给上位机。同时对监测系统的实时性进行了分析,并应用于2动9拖高速列车直通式电空制动系统,实现制动控制单元的集中监测,实时反映各车制动机响应的同步性和一致性。

Abstract:In view of the distributed control charact er istics of computer-based direct electro-pneumatic brake system, the supervisio n network based on Control Area Net CAN bus was built. The system transmits th e various distributed brake control unit information through CAN bus to the comp uter for analysis and treatment.The system goes through the conversion of the co mmunication protocol twice. One is between RS232 and CAN bus protocol between ea ch brake control unit and intelligent CAN adapter; the other is between the CAN bus and RS232 protocol on the host adapter, which receives data frames of all br ake control units. Meanwhile, the real time function of supervision system is an alyzed. It has been applied to direct electro-pneumatic brake system of high-s peed train consisting of 2 motor cars and 9 trailers.The centralized supervision of the brake control units has been realized. The system reflects in real time the synchronization and contormity of the response of each brake unit.
