IGBT半桥谐振逆变器的控制技术

摘    要:通过对半桥谐振逆变器主电路结构的分析,确定了其工作状态。为了保证其能稳定可靠地工作在小感应状态下,文章采用了定角控制方法,并在原有的控制理论的基础之上对其进行了优化和改进,进而实现频率的快速和有效跟踪。通过仿真试验验证了该控制方法的可行性。

Abstract:Through analyzing the main circuit's structure of the half-bridge resonant inverter,the working status is determined. In order to ensure the stable and reliable work conditions in a small sensor,a fixed angle control method is applied. The optimization and improvement of this method are further made based on the original control theory,so as to realize fast and efficient tracking of the frequency. The simulation experiment shows that the frequency tracking control method is feasible.
