摘    要:在数据通信和图像处理应用中,需要强大的数字信号处理能力。然而,当最快的数字信号处理器仍然无法满足速度要求时,传统的方法是采用多处理器并行处理,或是使用定制的ASIC产品。现在开发者有了更新的选择就是使用现场可编程门阵列来快速、经济地完成设计,大大缩短了产品的研发周期和成本。FFT作为一种数字信号处理的算法,被广泛的应用在了各种通信、测试、图像处理等领域。提出一种基于IP(IPCore)在FPGA上实现FFT/IFFT的方法。

Abstract:In the applications of digital communication or image manipulation, high performance digital signal processing is in needed. But when the highest level DSP can not meet the need of the performance required, it is necessary to build a parallel processing system or use the customized ASIC. Now there comes another choice of using the FPGA to shorten the developing period and reduce the cost. As one of the most important DSP arithmetic, FFT has been widely used in varies of communication, video and image manipulation, test and measurement applications. This paper introduces one proposal for implementing the FFT processor base on the IPCore issued by Altera.
