基于PROFInet的卧辊磨测控系统设计与仿真

摘    要:以PROFInet以太网通信技术为基础,完成了卧辊磨粉磨测控系统的整体设计,对PROFInet设备的封装、测控系统中PROFInet设备的互联以及现场设备的实现进行了描述。在此基础上,提出了基于组态软件的仿真模拟PLC控制对象的方法,并给出了仿真系统的结构,分析了用组态软件MCGS虚拟PLC被控对象的仿真原理,并详细介绍了卧辊磨控制仿真系统的开发过程。

Design and Simulation of the Roll Mill Measure Control System Based on PROFInet

Abstract:A design scheme of roll mill control system based on PROFInet Ethernet technology was presented. The encapsulation of PROFInet devices, interconnection of PROFInet devices and realization of field devices were described. Based on the analysis above, a method of simulating the objects using configuration software controlled by PLC was proposed, and the framework of the simulation system was offered. The principles of adopting MCGS to simulate the controlled objects were analyzed. The development of roll mill control simulation system was introduced in detail.
