| 摘 要： | AnyCasting模拟软件，在重力金属模具设计中，通过后处理模块，能直观模拟出铸造生产过程中气孔、缩松、缩孔等缺陷的分布，以对铸造缺陷准确预测，有利于模具设计和铸造工艺的改进，避免了无谓的模具修改，提高了试模的成功率，大大缩短了新品开发周期，降低了试模费用，产品质量得到了保障。

| Abstract: | The AnyCasting simulation software, in the heavy metal dies design, can through after treatment module simulate visually the distribution of the air hole, shrinkage porosity, shrinkage cavity in the process of casting, so that the cast defect can be accurately forecast, which are conducive to the improvement of dies and perfection of foundry technologies thus avoiding the meaning less dies modification, increasing the success rate of dies tests and controlling the product quality. |
