多轴转向架焊接构架焊缝应力集中分析与寿命研究

摘    要:利用美国ASME-2007标准中的结构应力法和有限元数值分析技术,研究某多轴转向架焊接构架焊缝结构应力分布规律,指出在垂向斜对称载荷工况作用下构架应力集中发生部位;以降低焊缝应力集中为出发点,对焊接构架结构进行改进设计.构架改进结构后焊缝结构应力幅值降低,疲劳寿命显著提高.

Abstract:Using structural stress method of ASME-2007 standard and finite element analysis technique, weld line structural stress distribution is studied, and stress concentration regions are pointed out for a multi-axial bogie frame supported to vertical skew symmetric load. The improved structure is to be put forward on the basis of structural stress analysis at weld line. The stress amplitude of these weld lines is decreased and their fatigue life is increased greatly.
