TiO2纳米管的合成及其表征

摘    要:以纳米P25粉体为前驱体,NaOH溶液为水热介质,采用水热合成法成功地制备出多壁Ti02纳米管.通过SEM、TEM对纳米管进行表征,研究水热调剂以及清洗过程对Ti02纳米管形貌的影响.结果表明,水热温度为130℃,水热时间为32 h,P25投加量为1.5g,采用乙醇清洗处理样品后,可以得到多壁、管径约为10 nm管壁为2.0nm的Ti02纳米管.

Abstract:TiO2 nanotubes were successfully prepared by hydrothermal method with the mixture of P25 powders as the precursor and NaOH. The influence of reaction temperature, time and the amount of P25 on the structure of TiO2 nanotubes was investigated. The results of SEM and TEM show that the TiO2 nanotube, with a typical nanotube outer diameter of approximately 10 nm and wall thickness of approximately 2.0 nm, were synthesized in aqueous of 1.5 g P25 at 130 ℃for 32 h.
