摘    要:在对比新旧流程的基础上,从利益相关者的视角出发,用价值链分析理论初步构建指标体系.在问卷调查的基础上,依据问卷调查的数据,用SPSS中的因子分析对指标进行筛选,最终构建了以物流企业、铁路局、顾客、社会影响为准则,38个二级指标的效益评价体系,从而为全面评价和测度中铁快运应用物联网后的物流效益奠定基础.

Abstract:From the perspective of stakeholders, the index system is constructed based on value chain analysis theory, and the system is on the basis of comparison between new and old procedures. The indexes are filtered by use of the factor analysis in SPSS according to questionnaire data. The system of benefit evaluation with 38 second level indexes is established based on the principles referring to the logistic enterprise, the railway ad- ministration, customers and the social impact, which lays the foundation of comprehensive evaluation on logistic benefit after the Internet of things is used in CRE.
