对江苏省综合交通运输发展的思考和建议

便捷、高效的综合交通运输体系是支撑经济运行、促进经济增长、提高发展质量、推动社会进步必不可少的基础条件,是实现江苏＂两个率先＂目标的重要前提。通过评价江苏省综合交通运输发展现状和展望未来经济社会发展环境,梳理了综合交通发展存在的突出问题和发展要求,并有针对性地提出了＂十二五＂江苏综合交通运输发展的总体思路、目标和重点。

Thoughts and Suggestions for the Development of Comprehensive Transportation in Jiangsu Province

Efficient comprehensive transportation system is the based essential conditions which supports economic performance,promots economic growth,improves the quality of development and social progress,and it is also an important prerequisite for the realization of Jiangsu province ＂Two Firsts＂.By evaluating of the status of the comprehensive transportation development in Jiangsu province and the outlooking the future economic and social environment,this article analysed the outstanding issues and development requirements of the development of comprehensive transportation system,and put forward the overall ideas,goals and focal points of ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ of the comprehensive transportation system of Jiangsu province.
