摘    要:振动是存在于船体结构中的一个普遍现象,它所带来的危害一直为人们所关注。根据振动主动控制原理,建立了以压电陶瓷作为执行器和传感器的甲板振动主动控制模型;利用ANSYS软件对建立的实验模型进行了有限元压电耦合动力学数值计算,确定了压电作动器和传感器在受控结构中的布置位置;搭建物理实验平台,开发了基于滤波后—xLMs控制算法的单输入多输出的振动自适应主动控制系统,在使用模拟滤波器的基础上,对所采用的实验模型进行筒谐及随机扰动下振动主动控制的物理实验研究。实验结果表明,通过控制甲板结构的边界,从而有效控制其振动情况的方法是可行的。这为微小型航行体减振降噪提供了一条新的途径。

Abstract:Vibration is a ubiquitous phenomenon in the marine structures, and its harmness arouses our more attention. There have been a great deal of theoretical work and some experiments to examine the use of thin piezoelectric crystals laminated to the surfaces of structures for vibration control in recent years. Based on the filtered-x LMS algorithm, an adaptive single input multi output active vibration control system with PZT actuators and sensor is set up. A simplified marine structure model is presented and the method to reduce the vibration of the deck by changing its boundary condition is studied. The numerical simulation of experimental model is carried out by using software ANSYS and the locations of the PZT actuators and sensor are determined. Then physics experimental platform is set up. Using analog filter, active vibration control experiments of the deck under random or harmonic disturbance are performed. Experimental results show that the method is effective and this research provides a new way for active vibration and noise control of the subminiature and small sailing bodies.
