摘    要:顶张紧式立管(Top Tensioned Riser,简称TTR)是张力腿平台(Tension Leg Platform,简称TLP )的关键部分之一。根据API RP 2RD 规范,探讨了TLP平台TTR的总体强度分析方法,并以中国南海某油田环境条件为基础,采用单层管等效模型模拟多层管TTR,利用Orcaflex软件对TTR总体强度进行了分析,同时探讨了采用规则波或不规则波以及内孤立波对立管应力分析结果的影响,对今后TTR的研究和设计具有一定的参考作用。

Abstract:Tension Leg Platform (TLP) has been widely used in deepwater oil field development recent years. Top Tensioned Riser (TTR) is one of the most important parts for TLP design, which connects subsea well and surface tree. TTR strength analysis method is discussed in this paper. An oil field in South China Sea with water depth 340m (1116ft) is taken as the design basis, TLP TTR global strength was analyzed by considering the influence of soliton for different load cases. The analyses carried out indicate that TTR have resultant stresses well below the allowable. This paper may have a certain reference value for future TTR research and design.
