| 摘 要： | 《Excel与财务管理》是一门内容丰富、解决问题方法灵活多变的实用性课程，在教学过程中通过创新思维训练，能够提高课程教学质量、增强学生实践应用能力．本文对创新思维在《Excel与财务管理》课程教学中的重要性进行了阐述，并对影响创新思维训练顺利实施的有关因素进行了分析，在此基础上提出了相关的实施建议，以期望能够对提高本课程的教学质量有所帮助．
