摘    要:后桥减速器主齿轴承的预紧,对整桥的性能影响很大,是众多车桥厂家感到困难和棘手的事情。从力学上对主齿轴承的预紧进行了详细地分析和计算,并提出了主齿轴承预紧力的确定原则,同时为可压缩隔套(波纹套)的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The pre-tightening force for the driving pinion gear bearing in the final drive have remarkable effects on the performances of the rear axle and is a difficult and knotty thing for most rear axle manufacturers.Detail mechanics analysis and calculations are made to the pre-tightening force of the driving pinion gear bearing.The principle of determining the driving pinion bearing pre-tightening force is put forward and the theoretical basis of designing the compressible spacer (corrugated sleeve) is provided at the same time.
