摘    要:北京回龙观东站~立水桥站污水工程下穿城铁、国铁,所处位置特殊,地质条件复杂,地下水较为丰富,施工沉降要求高,难度大。采用夯管法施工后,有效的提高了施工质量和进度,保证了城铁、国铁的正常运营,创造了良好的经济效益。夯管法比暗挖法和顶管法更为简单快捷,更能保证施工安全。介绍了夯管法施工的特点和施工方法要点及施工中的关键问题(如夯管方向偏差、地表沉降、夯进停滞不前等)及其处理措施。

Abstract:The sewage tunnel project from Huilongguan East Station to Lishui Bridge Station crosses underneath the urban railways and national railways. Due to the complex geological conditions and rich ground water, high requirements are imposed on the subsidence control during construction and there exist great construction difficulties. By means of pipe ramming method, the construction quality and construction progress are effectively improved, the normal operation of the existing urban railways and the national railways are ensured and good economic efficiency is achieved. Furthermore, the pipe ramming method is more simple and more effective in guaranteeing the construction safety than the shallow buried undercutting method and pipe jacking method. The auther presents the features and critical aspects of the pipe ramming construction, as well as the problems subject to occur during construction (such as direction deviations of the rammed pipes, ground surface subsidence and blocking) and the countermeasures.
