舰船用配电柜散热分析

摘    要:
以某型低压配电柜为研究对象,采用计算传热学的方法,计算环境温度下低压配电柜内的速度和温度场,详细分析舰船用配电柜内断路器、铜排和柜体表面的温度分布。对配电柜内特殊点进行试验测试,测试结果与计算结果基本一致。计算与试验结果表明配电柜设计合理,配电柜内的重要部位的温升指标均能满足GJB202A关于温升的要求。研究分析的方法和结论对提高配电柜散热效果具有参考价值。

Abstract:
Taking a certain type of low voltage distribution box as the research object, the velocity and temperature field in the low voltage distribution box under ambient temperature are calculated by the method of numerical heat transfer. The temperature distributions of circuit breaker, copper bar and cabinet surface in marine distribution box are studied in detail. The special points in the distribution box are tested, and the test results are basically consistent with the evaluation set.The results of calculation and test show that the design of distribution cabinet is reasonable. The temperature rise of the important parts in the distribution box meets the requirement of the code GJB202A. The methods and conclusions of research have reference value for improving the heat dissipation effect of distribution box.
