高速铁路无砟岔枕质量控制与工艺改进

摘    要:结合现有高速铁路无砟岔枕生产工艺技术,针对高速无砟岔枕精度高,批次数量多等带来的质量控制难的问题,在工艺研究及应用过程中,总结出高速无砟岔枕施工过程的质量控制流程,并详细阐述高速无砟岔枕在生产过程中桁架钢筋焊接、活底模具使用、高性能混凝土生产与浇筑、预应力钢筋张拉及缓慢放张等关键工序的质量控制要点,提出具体的控制措施和实用方案。同时,对高速无砟岔枕表面印痕不清、号牌位置破损、端头分隔板歪斜等易出现的质量缺陷,提出改进工艺,并在实践中得到应用。

Abstract:With reference to the production technologies of existing high-speed rail ballastness turnout sleeper,and in view of the problems on account of high precision and batch quantity related to quality control,this paper addresses the quality control process in the production of high-speed rail turnout sleeper,focusing on the important quality control points such as truss steel welding,use of live bottom formwork,manufacturing and casting of high performance concrete,prestressed tension and slow tensionreleasing,and specific control measures and practical schemes are introduced. Meanwhile,in order to solve such frequent quality defects, as surface marking, license plate location damaging and end separation plate position skewing,new process improvements are proposed and applied in practice.
